If you are having problems resetting your password after re-setting it, here are some suggestions for resolving the issue:
Check whether your browser isn’t using a stored password or cookie that’s out of date: try logging into a Shambhala site in “incognito mode” or with another browser. Also try deleting stored cookies or passwords for Shambhala websites that are kept in your browser.
To check your password you can try to log in to various Shambhala websites, for example:
If you are able to access any of them it means your password is correct and there is no need to reset it again.
You should check your spam or junk mail folder to see if the “reset” message has been lost.
