If you are having problems resetting your password, here are some suggestions for resolving a password problem:
Check whether your browser isn’t using a stored password or cookie that’s out of date: try logging in in “incognito mode” or with another browser. You can also try by deleting stored cookies or passwords for Shambhala websites in your browser.
To check your password you can try to log in to various Shambhala websites, for example:
If you will be able to access any of them it means your password is correct and there is no need to reset it again.
You should check your spam or junk mail folder to see if the “reset” message has been lost.
