 **Do Not Post Restricted or Copyrighted Materials:** Do not post content that violates a copyright. Do not post content that is restricted to a certain study or teaching level.
 **Avoid Self-Advertising and SPAM:** Do not abuse promoting your own business and products, especially if they are not related to the teachings of Shambhala (extensive advertising). Do not post irrelevant or repetitive messages (spam) in world-wide groups or a large number of groups.
